All I can really say is wow! Taste of Salt Lake was amazing! If you are interested in going next year, you won’t regret it. There were about 1000 people in attendance, 25 or so top Salt Lake City restaurants, great music, and wonderful items to bid on in the silent and live auctions. The Grand America Hotel is beautiful, a wonderful place to hold the event. I can’t wait to hear how much money was raised for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
This is what one of my plates looked like...a little "Taste" of everything!
I always find is a bit odd when someone posts a picture of their food on the web, but I felt that I just had to this time. With 25 different restaurants, my plate looked like a work of art. The food was amazing! We didn’t leave hungry…just the opposite actually.

The theme for this year's Taste of Salt Lake: Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much.
There were two great videos played on the two big screens. Julia and two other children with CF, Jordan and Elliot were featured in depth in a video. I hope to get it posted soon!
This is what we won in the silent auction. It's called "Just Let Me Breathe," painted by Somer Love. I finally won one of her paintings. Somer is an amazing woman. I am in awe of the legacy she is creating with her family. A bonus was it matched my dress!
The highlight of the night for me was watching Julia on the big screen. She was so darn cute and I hope her story impacted the people there. I was glad we could contribute to the night in some way. I hope to be able to share the video with all of you very soon. It was an honor to be a part of it! We won’t stop this fight until CF stands for cure found.
